Production response

Hariu’s artwork combines the circles-shaped temporary theatre and the Britomartis lighting installation for the concert of Evanthia Reboutsika. A temporary theatre is designed on the sacred archaeological site Trouli Hill. The circular stage reflects the form of the full moon for the village of 60 residents. The full moon music performance succeeded in having a 6000 audience. The temporary theatre provides a diameter of approximately 9 meters. Its shiny striped surface in front of its scaffoldings structure reflects the time of day. In keeping with the concept of reflection of the festival. The stage with its white floor, will float in the light of the full moon. Getting inspiration from Cretan's myth Britomartis, the spiral-shaped lighting installation is designed on top of the stage.
